What data we handle

We only handle the details you give us when you get in touch: your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your message or conversation.

We do not collect browsing data for advertising or profiling, and we use no tracking cookies.

What we use it for

We use these details only to answer your enquiry, to work out what service you need and, if you go ahead, to arrange the service.

Legal basis

The basis is your consent, given when you send us your enquiry, and the performance of the service relationship once it is agreed.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and, if the service goes ahead, for the duration of the service relationship and for as long as the applicable rules require. After that we delete them.

Audience measurement

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by our hosting provider, purely to see how many visits the site receives, which pages are read, and how quickly they load.

It stores no cookies and nothing else in your browser, and it does not follow you over time by IP address, by browser, or by any fingerprinting technique. The resulting figures are aggregated and cannot identify you.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your details to third parties, unless a legal obligation requires it.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to alteucostat.ad@gmail.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA) if you believe we have not handled your data properly.

Language preference

This website stores the language you choose in your browser's local storage, purely so that your next visit opens in the same language. It is a technical value that never leaves your device, never reaches us, and cannot be used to identify you. Because neither that preference nor the audience measurement uses cookies or can identify you, this site shows no cookie banner.

Applicable rules

This processing is governed by Law 29/2021, of 28 October, qualified law on the protection of personal data of the Principality of Andorra, and the rules that develop it.
