What data we handle

What we use it for

We use these details only to answer your enquiry, to work out what service you need and, if you go ahead, to arrange the service.

Legal basis

The basis is your consent, given when you send us your enquiry, and the performance of the service relationship once it is agreed.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and, if the service goes ahead, for the duration of the service relationship and for as long as the applicable rules require. After that we delete them.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your details to third parties, unless a legal obligation requires it.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to alteucostat.ad@gmail.com.

You also have the right to complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA) if you believe we have not handled your data properly.
